&lt;p&gt;Over 1 million Americans suffer from Parkenson&apos;s - a disease caused by the failure of the brain to produce adequate amounts of dopamine, a chemical necessary for smooth, coordinated movement and muscle relaxation. It afflicts people regardless of gender, race, background, behavior, lifestyle or geographic area. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Parkinson&apos;s Telehealth program broadcasts live, interactive educational talks to connected rural communities in the Northwest.
